Mike Pender has rendered tax and accounting services to business accounts, family and personal enterprises and condominium associations as well as non-profit organizations for 25 years. He contributed extensive services to organizing and funding the highly successful Sarasota Opera and has served on the Board of the Asolo Theater. He is a founding director of the Sarasota Bank.
He served as chairman of the FICPA Common Interest Realty Association Committee and as a technical reviewer for the Florida condominium Managers License examination.
He has also earned the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner.

Steve and his staff specialize in providing accounting and tax services to both businesses and individuals, as well as auditing services for condominium associations and non-profit institutions. He has served as vice-president and director of Sarasota Community Blood Bank. He is treasurer of the Sarasota Kiwanis Foundation, and was on the board of the Sarasota County Special Olympics.

Mr. Cavanaugh was a partner in the national firm of Peat, Marwick & Mitchell when Fortune magazine disclosed that it was the largest firm in the world. He has many years experience in handling clients in many fields. He is a member of the advisory board of the Salvation Army and is vice-chairman of The Pines of Sarasota. He was recognized as a member of the Planned Giving Committee of the Southwest Florida chapter of the American Red Cross. He is on the Board of Governors of The University Club of Sarasota.
